Delete your MedTaken account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app:

  1. Open MedTaken on your phone
  2. Tap Settings (gear icon)
  3. Sign in to your account (if you haven't already)
  4. Tap Delete account at the bottom
  5. Confirm the deletion

Deletion is immediate and permanent. All profiles, medications, and history will be erased.
